Welcome to INSTARS: Condo Association Cost Control Network.

The Network was established to allow the condo associations Board of directors to take control of the direction the cost of running the association is going. This is the responsibility of the board not the management company. A methodology to better maintain condo association fees using proven concepts of cost control and oversight were developed and is now available.

The core components of the Network are
